they didnot hold my passport at the newdelhi consulate ...but has issued me a 221g asking me to submit a notirized list of all the employees in my company B with start date,end date,specific job title ,immigration status,yearly salary

I am in my 9th year and have applied for extension (3 yr, based on approved I-140).
Now if my wife were to go to India and in a couple of months apply for her
H4-Visa stamping in Delhi. What are the documents that she needs to carry ?

hey guys,
i send in my i-140/i485 along with those for my wife. as luck will have it, I forgot to include her sealed i-693. i am planning to send it tomorrow with a cover letter. is that okay? is there anything else I can do?
I will appreciate any help.

Only send it after you get a receipt notice....Else, I am sure it will get lost....USCIS has said in its latest FAQs that it will not reject the 485 packet if it doesnt inlcude the medicals....So wait till you get a receipt notice and send it with a copy of the receipt...

Wanted to apply for Advance Parole (second time).
Is NSC issuing 2 year AP's ?
Wondering if any body got Advance Parole for 2 years from NSC.
Also, I appreciate if any one can share their experince about INFOPASS to get Advance Parole in case of emergency
(if one did not apply for AP & need to travel urgently).

Thanks for your reply. Nah,I didn't because I have read some where that post office doesn't forwarded the mails related to USCIS so I informed the tenants about the mail.

You will get your I-20 stamped with the start date. Also there will be a approval date on your I-797, which would be when your status becomes effective.

Are you working for your new employer now? (I assume not).
Is you new employer a consultancy, i.e, your final work assignment will be for another client... if so, then you should expect a RFE (not gauranteed, but most likely) regarding client details and contracts... assuming you fall under this category, I would suggest you to apply for premium processing if you are able to respond to such an RFE...
But otherwise, I wouldn't recommend using premium processing, since you are almost 6 months away from expiry....

I think it means if you sent in your application then you can get a receipt by the date listed.
Atleast thats the interpretation I got from it.

Me and my spouse both work on H1B and I am applying for I-485 along with EAD/AP for both me and my spouse. My question is since my spouse is already in H1B with certain job title which was mentioned in one of the documents that was filled with i-485, when spouse uses EAD does she need to be looking for similiar jobs only?. My date will be current from September 1st. Is it okay to travel to India on a short trip while the date is current? If 485 gets approved while I am india, can I still come back on advance parole?
You are safe. Just make sure that your AP is valid when you re-enter.
If you are approved while out of the country, take a print out of your approval email and show it to the Immigration officer.

Now got job with 2 companies. 1 small and 1 big. 3 questions:
(1) Should I select based on my salary? Big company offers more salary.
(2) I have to now start Greencard again. So should I choose big company or small ? Both said they will consider sponsoring if performance is good.
(3) If I transfer H1B Is Big company likely to get RFE or small?
Go with consulting company.They will cooperate for your green card filing in EB-2. Any full time job never gaurantee green card.
